Welcome to ketroskin.com (the “Platform”), operated by Ketro, Inc.. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Overview of Services

Ketro, Inc. offers topical pain relief products, including prescription and non-prescription items, through an online platform powered by Bask Health. Our prescription services use an asynchronous telehealth model: you complete a health questionnaire, which is reviewed by a board-certified physician in the Beluga Health, P.A. physician network, licensed in your state. If clinically appropriate, a prescription may be issued and fulfilled by our partnered pharmacy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our services. By using our Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.

3. Telehealth Services

Our telehealth services are provided through an asynchronous (store-and-forward) model via the Bask Health platform, with medical consultations performed by board-certified physicians in the Beluga Health, P.A. network. You will complete a medical questionnaire that is reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider. You understand that the physician may approve, deny, or modify any treatment recommendation based on their independent medical judgment. A prescription is not guaranteed. Our telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency medical care or a replacement for a primary care physician relationship. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

4. Physician Relationship

The healthcare providers who review your questionnaire are board-certified physicians in the Beluga Health, P.A. network, independently licensed in your state. They are not employees of Ketro, Inc.. The physician-patient relationship is established between you and the reviewing Beluga Health, P.A. provider. Ketro, Inc. facilitates access to these providers through our platform but does not practice medicine or provide medical advice.

5. Prescriptions and Pharmacy

If a prescription is issued, it will be dispensed and shipped by our partnered pharmacy. All prescriptions are subject to the reviewing physician’s clinical judgment and applicable state and federal laws. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in denial of service or adverse health outcomes for which Ketro, Inc. is not liable.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and providing accurate and current information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; to provide false or misleading health information; to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform; or to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ketro, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ketro, Inc. provides the Platform and services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Ketro, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or medical outcomes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ketro, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Ketro, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
